GENERAL CONDITIONS
Driving licence : We require drivers to have a
minimum age of 21 years to rent our standard
class cars, and a minimum age of 28 years to
rent our comfort class cars. In both cases the
driver should have held a valid licence for a
minimum period of 2 years.
Rental period :
Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Late returns :
Full day rental rate will be charged if agreed
return time exceeds 1 hour.
Payment :
A deposit of 25% of the total is required at the
reservation. The remainder is required at the
commencement of the rental period.
We accept cash and credit cards.
Insurance :
All cars are full insured. Third party insurance
coverage is determined by the Turkish Government
according to the law. Vehicle damages are
covered by the Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W).
The renter can not drive if he is under
influence of alcohol or drugs.
The insurance is not valid if the vehicle :
has been driven by an undeclared person on the
agreement,
has been used for the transportation of
dangerous goods or speed limits have not been
obeyed.
The renter accepts to pay the part of 300 euros
of the damages, if he is faulty on the accident
reports of the authorities.
In case of accident :
It is under the responsibility of the renter to
call local authorities to get damage and alcohol
reports from them. All accident costs will be
debited to the renter if he is unable to declare
concerned reports.
Vehicle usage :
The renter accepts to take care of the vehicle
and he can not participate in rallies or car
competitions.
Traffic fines :
All kinds of traffic fines will be charged to
the renter.
Cancellation :
Any fee, if the reservation is cancelled 72
hours before the reservation time. If the period
is not obeyed, the renter accepts to pay 20 % of
the total cost.
Territorial limitation :
Ours cars are not permitted to cross
international borders.
Our prices exclude :
stolen personal goods from the vehicle,
damage or loss by the non identified persons,
stolen vehicle accessories,
damage to the tyres, rims, hubcaps and seats.
